On 21st and 22nd Feb 2025 the department hosted the first ever Sindhi Intercollegiate fest, Sindhiyat Je Vaastey.

On 10th January 2025 the department hosted the fifth edition of TEDxKCCollege with the theme “Threads of Vision”. The event successfully brought together diverse speakers who explored how individual ideas, innovations, and perspectives interconnect to shape a shared future.

14th-15th February, 2025 Managma 5.0 was organized. This event consisted of 15 on-day events and 2 pre-events. The B4 Buzz, the semi annual magazine of the B4 department, was also launched at the opening of Managma 5.0. Over 10 colleges participated where Jai Hind College emerged as the winner.

On 17th December 2024, the department organized a workshop on Mastering Group
Discussions and Personal Interviews. The speaker for the session was Ravi Gangaramani
Chief Manager – HRPB Reliance Retail.

On 14th November 2024, the RISE Club organised an International Speaker Session on Sustainability in Global Supply Chains, by Dr. Alison Ashby.

The zest club organized Beach Clean Up on 20th September 2024 he event took place to highlight social causes like cleanliness and our volunteers even sweeped the Beach of Dadar in order to do so.

On 29th August 2024, the department organized a workshop on The New Marketing
Playbook: Innovate, Initiate, and Influence. The speaker for the session was Mr. Ramanpreet Singh (Vice President of Growth & Strategy at SKIL Group).

On 28th August 2024, the department organized a workshop on Start Strong: Unlocking the potential of tomorrow’s start-ups. The speaker for the session was Mr. Swapnil Shinde (Senior Executive & Insurance Advisor Ditto Insurance).

On 14th August 2024, the RISE Club hosted an insightful seminar on Career Options after Graduation, led by Mr. Dhaval Gandhi.

On 23rd July 2024, IFCKC organized Budget Screening to Understand India’s Fiscal Plan is to educate and engage college students in the intricacies of India’s annual budget announcement.

On 19th July 2024, the department organized a workshop on Resume Building. The Speaker for the session was Ms. Kairavi Thakkar, HR Executive (DSP Mutual Funds).
